Fitbit Alta Hr Green Lights Always On
I have turned off the heart rate option and the green light remains solid.
Fitbit alta hr green lights always on. Some help suggests to turn off the heart rate monitoring. I have rebooted my device by plugging it into the charger and tapping the button on the cord 3 times. I tried many times. Remove the flex 2 from the charging cable.
Like usaf larry said the green lights are part of the heart rate sensor and will be on all the time if you have the on setting for the hr. My alta hr has a solid green light whether i am wearing it or not. To do this. I have tried to sync it three times with the setting for the hr switched to off or on auto but neither makes a difference.
If this isn t the case you can also try changing the setting to off sync your tracker then change it back to auto additionally to restarting it. It was a gift so i do not know if they replace it hopefully they do. The green light on the back of the device keeps flickering i would like the option to turn this off its a bit distracting knowing it is there. The green lights on my alta hr are on constantly. And yes i have reset the fitbit hr several times and having no affect.
It s recommended to wear it tightly but not too tight but if you want to turn it off you can go to fitbit your watch top right heart rate an. Green lights are constantly on. I have the same problem with my alta hr. Restart does not help.
I have been reading your help fourms and i see that the blinking green light is a issue with a few fitbit products. My alta rebooted but the lights are staying on. Any advice would be appreciated. It looses charge in less than 24 hours.
Battery troubleshooting shouldn t be the area to look. Ensure the always connected option in the fitbit app is on. Charge hr green lights always on. This is draining the battery within 12 hours.
I have had it switched o. Setting heart rate to off and sync after does not help. Thr solid green light is very disruptive to my sleep. The lights will begin flashing simultaneously.
I have attempted to reset the fitbit with no resolution. I got my charge hr one week ago or so have been using it almost 24 7 and am quite happy with it despite a few quirks the device totally crashed once after i synced it with my iphone and the only way to revive it was to plug in that damn proprietary cable. The light is the heart rate sensor. Now it s on constantly and drains the battery.
It is my hope that an update is released soon to correct this issue.
